Room rental = you will have a private bedroom with locking door and bedroom furniture. Bring your bedding and toiletries.

Common living space = TV, living room furniture, kitchen items, fridge space, separate cupboard for your things. House is air conditioned.

House has 2 full bathrooms/4 bedrooms
Shared laundry
Kitchen pantry storage
Ample parking.

Garage also available for rent. (Additional $200/month)

Rent is $600.00 including all utilities and internet.

Each person is responsible for bringing their own bedding, toiletries, food and personal items. Each person is responsible for cleaning up their room, bathroom after use and kitchen as used.

Security deposit $600.00

No pets.

All applicants must be students or working. Proof required.
