An empty unit isn’t beneficial for anyone and, as such, our goal is to get it rented as soon as possible. We actively attract prospective renters to our listings site, as well as advertising your property on multiple other platforms such as Zumper, Padmapper, Zillow, Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji.
