We started Western Premium Property Management as a way to address under-served and over stressed property owners, guiding them through the trials of owning a rental property. It’s never as easy as HGTV makes it out to be!

We understand the challenges of managing residential properties because we are property owners ourselves. Our mission is to manage your properties using the same high level of care that we use to manage our own. We’ve got more than 30 years of property management experience and we understand how to ensure your tenants are happy and safe in their home. 

We specialize in luxury residential homes and condominiums located within a 2 hour radius of Saskatoon, including acreages and vacation properties.
